  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Customers can request order cancellation before the parcel is dispatched by contacting our support team promptly. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan via courier partners. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, though delays may occur due to weather, courier operational issues, or remote locations.
  • Delivery charges will be specified during the checkout process.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All returns and exchanges are handled according to our official Refund and Return Policy.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached within 7 days of delivery.
